摘要
对身体锻炼与主观幸福感的研究进行综述和讨论,提出了该领域今后研究努力的方向1)尽量考虑锻炼时间、锻炼类型、锻炼频率、锻炼强度等因素的综合作用和交互作用对主观幸福感的影响;2 )重视锻炼情境与主观幸福感关系的研究;3)加强对影响主观幸福感的生活事件、人口统计学等变量的控制;4 )完善测量工具和规范测量的方法;5 )增加对普通人群的研究。
This paper makes review and discussion on physical exercise and subjective well-being,points out future developing direction in this field.Considering the effect of synthesis and interaction on subjective well-being of factors such as exercise time,type,frequency and intensity.Pay attention to relation of exercise circumstance and subjective well-being.Strengthen the control of variable that can affect the subjective well-being such as life affair and demography.Improve measure instrument and criterion method.Increase the research on common people.
