摘要
本文基于对教育评价含义的比较和教育评价实践的思考,认为教育评价的本质是判断教育价值。而判断教育价值是评价者在客观认识教育价值关系中的主体需要和客体属性的基础上,以主体的需要为尺度,去衡量客体的属性能否满足或在多大程度上满足主体需要的过程,它是事实认识和价值认识的统一,并以此作为建构教育评价学科体系的逻辑起点,从而指明了教育评价的研究方向。
Based on the comparison of the meanings of educational evaluation and the consideration of the practice of educational evaluation, it is concluded that the essence of educational evaluation is to judge the value of education. To judge the value of education is a process that the evaluator, based on the objective recognition of the subjective needs and the objective properties in educational relations, judges whether the properties of the object meet the need of the subject or not and how much. It is the unification of objective recognition and value recognition. Regarding it as the logic start to construct the educational evaluation system, the author points out the direction of educational evaluation research.
