膜联蛋白A1在不同骨转移潜能的肺癌细胞中的表达差异研究 被引量:2

Study on the relationship between AnnexinA1 expression and bone metastases in different lung cancer cell lines

摘要 目的探究膜联蛋白A1(AnnexinA1)在肺癌骨转移中的表达及意义。方法应用RT-PCR和Western blot分别从mRNA水平和蛋白水平检测不同骨转移潜能肺癌细胞系SBC-5与SBC-3中AnnexinA1的表达差异;通过免疫化学方法分别从细胞和组织中检测AnnexinA1的表达差异。结果 AnnexinA1在产生骨转移的肺癌细胞SBC-5中的表达强度明显高于非骨转移肺癌细胞SBC-3。伴有肺癌骨转移者AnnexinA1表达阳性率为97.1%(33/34),无骨转移者AnnexinA1表达阳性率为43.3%(13/30),其差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 AnnexinA1表达与肺癌骨转移可能相关。 Objective To explore the role of AnnexinA1 in lung cancer with bone metastasis.Methods RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of AnnexinA1 mRNA and protein in two human SCLC cell lines,SBC-3 and SBC-5,which have different potential to bone metastasis.The expression of AnnexinA1 in lung cancer cell and tissue were also determined by immunohistochemistry.Results AnnexinA1 was more highly expressed in lung cancer tissue with bone metastasis than those with no bone metastasis(97.1% vs.43.3%,P<0.05),AnnexinA1 was also expressed higher in SBC-5 than in SBC-3 cell.Conclusions The expression of AnnexinA1 may have a correlation with bone metastasis in lung cancer.
