壳聚糖季铵盐温敏型原位凝胶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 壳聚糖季铵盐是壳聚糖季铵化后的产物,已有文献报道壳聚糖(CS)/甘油磷酸盐(GP)系统是一种具有温敏性溶胶-凝胶转变的原位凝胶,本研究利用壳聚糖季铵盐与甘油磷酸盐GP组成温敏原位凝胶体系,通过改变壳聚糖季铵盐取代度和浓度,来观察不同取代度对凝胶形成和凝胶特性的影响。研究发现,壳聚糖季铵盐的不同取代度、用量以及甘油磷酸盐的量对凝胶的形成具有较为显著的影响。壳聚糖季铵盐HACC/甘油磷酸盐GP凝胶系统比壳聚糖CS/甘油磷酸盐GP凝胶系统的稳定性好。 Chitosan(CS)/glycerol phosphate(GP)system has been reported to be a kind of thermo-sensitive sol-gel of in situ gel.2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(HACC)is a derivative of chitosan.HACC/GP system was studied in this paper.The effect of different degree of substitution and concentrations of HACC on the formation and characteristics of in situ gel was investigated.The results showed that the degree of substitution of HACC and the dosages of HACC and glycerol phosphate had great effect on the formation of the in situ gel.The HACC / GP system was more stable than the CS / GP system.
