水溶性壳聚糖衍生物的吸湿、保湿性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨水溶性壳聚糖衍生物的吸湿、保湿性能。方法以透明质酸(HA)为对照样品,称量法测定样品的吸湿率,水分残存率。研究壳聚糖季铵类衍生物羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)、羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和羧甲基甲壳素(CM-Chitin)等水溶性的壳聚糖衍生物的吸湿、保湿性能。结果 44h后HACC、CMCS、CM-Chitin及HA在相对湿度RH43%条件下的吸湿率分别为29.0%,22.4%,21.3%,14.2%;在RH 81%条件下的它们吸湿率分别为44.3%,26.0%,28.4%,44.5%;在相对湿度RH43%条件下的水分残存率分别为382.9%,262.7%,242.6%,149.0%;在干硅胶条件下的水分残存率分别为67.4%,53.4%,54.9%,25.0%。结论表明HACC的吸湿性、保湿性能均优于HA;CMCS及CM-Chitin的吸湿性能低于HA,但保湿性能均优于HA。 OBJECTIVE Study of the Moisture Adsorbability and Mosisture tivity of water soluble derivative of chitosan. METHODS With hyaluronie acid(HA) as the control sample, the moisture adsorbability and moisture retentivity of water soluble chitosan derivatives of HACC, CMCS and CM-China were investigated by weighing mehtod. RESULTS The rate of moisture absorption of HACC, CMCS, CM-Chitin and HA were respectively 29.0%,22.4%, 21.3% and 14.4% under RH 43% after 44h, and that were respectively 44.3%, 26.0%, 28.4% and 44.5% for them under RHSl% after 44h. The residual rate of water of them were respectively 382.9 %, 262.7 %, 242.6 % and 149.0 % under RH43 %, and that were respectively 67.4 %, 53.4 %, 54.9 % and 25.0% for them under dry silica gel after 44h. CONCLUSION The results showed that the moisture retentivity and the moisture adsorbability of HAAC were both better than that of HA. The moisture retentivity of CMCS and CM-Chitin were better than that of HA, but the moisture adsorbability of them were lower than that of HA.
