摘要
从专利申请的角度出发,综述了中药化妆品的发展历程,重点分析了目前我国中药化妆品申请专利的法律状态、区域分布、机构属性及功效分布情况。对我国中药化妆品今后的发展提出了建议,指出在传承我国中医学理论、依靠科技力量支撑中药化妆品发展的同时,注重知识产权保护工作才能在国内外竞争中处于优势地位。
In the view of patent application,the development process of Chinese medicine cosmetics was reviewed.More importantly,the patent legal status,regional distribution,agency property,and the cosmetic function of Chinese medicine cosmetics were analyzed.The suggestion on development of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics was proposed.To be dominant in the competition at home and abroad,traditional Chinese medical theory should be inherited and scientific and technological power should be relied on to support the development of Chinese medicine cosmetics,meanwhile,more attentions should be focused on intellectual property protection.
