职业倦怠已成为我国图书馆行业中一个非常普遍的现象,影响着我国图书馆事业的健康发展。解释了职业倦怠的概念,分析了图书馆员产生职业倦怠的根本原因,探讨了避免图书馆员职业倦怠的对策。
The job burnout, which has become a very common phenomenon, in our country＇s library sector, influences the healthy development of our country＇ s library cause. This paper explains the concept of the job burnout, analyzes the root cause of librarians＇ job burnout, and probes into the countermeasures for avoiding librarians＇ job burnout.
