摘要
目的了解临床护理教师的职业倦怠状况,为科学管理提供决策基础。方法采用调查问卷的方法对我院不同护龄、科室、职称等护理教师进行问卷调查,对职业倦怠进行统计描述。应用SPSS13.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果临床护理教师的职业倦怠总分为(72.42±9.56)。情绪衰竭程度(28.64±6.94),去人格化倾向(11.89±5.91)和个人成就感降低程度(13.84±6.46)均为重度;不同学历、民族及月收入对职业倦怠影响无显著性意义(P>0.05);而不同护龄(6~15年)、婚姻状况(已婚)、科室(手术室)、用工性质(合同工)及职称(护师)则具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在临床教学管理中要关注护理教师的心理素质,以减轻工作压力对护理教师身心所造成的损伤,提高护理教学质量。
Objective To investigate the situation of occupation burnout in clinical nursing teachers, and provide decision-making basis for the scientific management. Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate the years of nursing service, departments, professional title of clinical nursing teachers in our hospital. The investigative data were analyzed statistically by SPSS 13.0. Results The total scores of occupation burnout was (72.42 ± 9.56). The score of emotional exhaustion was (28.64 ± 6.94), the score of depersonalization was (11.89 ± 5.91) and the score of reduced personal accomplishment was (13.84 ± 6.46); the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment were severe. There was no significant difference between occupation burnout and education, ethnic, income (P 0.05). There was significant difference between occupation burnout and nursing service length (6 ~ 15 years), marital status (married), working department (operation room), work nature (contract), professional title (nurse) (P 0.05). Conclusions The clinical nursing teacher should obtain more attention of psychological quality to reduce the damage of physical and mental health caused by working stress and increase the teaching quality.
