摘要
职业倦怠是高校图书馆员中普遍存在的现象,它会给图书馆员个体、家庭和工作带来消极影响。职业倦怠产生的原因有:职业社会地位低;工作负荷重,心理压力大;缺乏成就感和发展机会;较低的个人素质和人格特质。预防和缓解职业倦怠的措施有:增强职业威望,提高社会地位;满足员工的基本需要;客观认识自我,建立合理预期;图书馆员要学会放松自己。
Job burnout is the common phenomenon existed among the librarians in university, which will have negative influence on the library individual, the family and the job. The causes of job burnout are low social status, heavy work burden and high mental pressure, lack of sense of success and the chance of development, and low individual quality. The countermeasures are to strengthen job prestige and improve social position, satisfy the basic needs of the librarians, recognize self objectively, build rational anticipation, and relax self as the librarians.
