摘要
阐述职业高原的内涵及目前高校图书馆员职业高原状况,分析职业高原对高校图书馆员及图书馆的影响,从社会因素、体制因素、组织因素、职业因素及个人因素方面对高校图书馆员职业高原现象的形成原因进行分析研究,并提出切实可行的解决办法,从而为解决这一现象提供理论及实际上的指导。
This paper explains the connotation of occupational plateau, and analyzes its negative influence on University librarian and library.Then, from the following aspects： social factor, system factor, organization factor ,occupation factor and personal factor, the paper analyses and studies the form reasons of occupational plateau phenomena, and advances some effective countermeasures, so as to provide theoretical and practical advices to solve occupational plateau phenomena of universities.
