介绍了职业倦怠的概念及症状,分析了西藏高校图书馆员职业倦怠现象的心理因素及其起因,提出了解决西藏高校图书馆员职业倦怠现象的心理学应对策略。
This paper introduces the concept and symptoms of the job burnout, analyzes the psychological factors of the job burnout phenomenon of the librarians in Tibet universities and its causes, and puts forward some psychological strategies for solving the job burnout phenomenon of the librarians in Tibet universities.
