摘要
文中对双能X线骨密度仪(DXA)的腰椎骨密度标准体模进行了研究。该体模由水等效塑料和骨等效羟磷酸钙组成,其外尺寸为186(侧位)×150(前后位)×156(轴向),模拟了DXA仪在测量腰椎骨时的前后位(AP)测量状态。体模的水等效材料的CT值在±15Hu内;羟磷酸钙(HA)骨样品有三种密度,分别是0.5g/cm21,.0g/cm2和1.5g/cm2,对骨密度仪进行检定和线性校正。体模的性能试验使用了Ge-Lunar厂家生产的双能X射线骨密度仪,测得重复性小于2%,测量结果误差在2%~4%之间,与同类模体——欧洲体模(ESP)作了比较,性能基本一致。该标准体模的研究,对骨密度量值的准确和统一,具有重大的意义。
The spine bone density standard phantom was researched with the dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA). The phantom was made of water equivalent polyethylene-based plastic and bone equivalent calcium hydroxyapatite, and its physical size was 186(lateral)×150(AP)×156(axis). The AP status of measured spine bone was simulated by DXA. Inside the phantom, the CT values of the water equivalent plastic were within±15Hu(Ex: 10Kev-100Kev). There were three densities of calcium hydroxyapatite (HA) in bone samples: 0.5g/cm^2, 1.0g/cm^2 and 1.5 g/cm^2 respectively. The bone density was calibrated with the regression line. The property experiment of the phantom was performed by a DXA machine made by Ge-Lunar. The results showed the relative standard deviations of measurements were less than 2%, and measuremental errors were from 2% to 4%. The comparison results show that this phantom had the same basic performances with European spine phantoms. This research is very important for the accurate measurement and value trace of the bone mineral densitometry of the standard phantom.
