摘要
针对部分数字心电图机在心率测量误差检定过程中,HR-1心率信号条件下无法显示心率数值的问题,利用示波器对心脑电图仪检定装置各电极输出信号进行测量,发现其检定方法与计量检定规程的差异。通过正常心电图机与异常心电图机心率测量导联选取差异的对比,分析异常心电图机心率显示异常问题的出现原因。提出RLF通道检定和RR间期检测模式检定两种检定方法,满足计量检定规程要求的前提下,完成此类心电图机HR-1心率测试信号下心率测量误差检定。通过实验验证,证明两种方法可行。
Aiming at some digital electrocardiographs heart rate non-display problem under HR-1 heart rate signal conditions during heart rate measurement error verification,measuring the output signal of each electrode of the electrocardiographs verification device by an oscilloscope,the differences between the verification method and the verification regulation were founded.Through the comparison of the difference in the selection of heart rate measurement leads between the normal electrocardiographs and the abnormal electrocardiographs,the reasons for the heart rate non-display problem of the abnormal electrocardiographs were analyzed.Two verification methods,RLF channel verification and RR interval detection mode verification,were proposed to meet the requirements of the verification regulation and complete the verification of heart rate measurement error under HR-1 heart rate test signal of this type of electrocardiographs.The feasibility of the two methods was proved through experimental verification.
