摘要
针对医学理化检验数据的准确性、可比性问题,提出医学检验量值溯源应进行的建设,并在参考国内外临床检验参考系统结构和标准物质研制的基础上,着重对量值溯源体系的组成和方法,从参考测量程序的制定、医学标准物质的研制、参考测量实验室的能力验证等三方面做了技术阐述。建立科学的医学理化检验量值溯源体系是医学检验发展的新趋势。
According to the accuracy and comparability of data for physical and chemical test in medicine, the article proposed several work to do. Basing on reference the structure of clinical testing system and standard materials both in China and abroad, it elaborated the ways emphasizing the composing and method of measurement traceability system. Establish the reference measurement procedure, develop the reference materials, and assess the ability of interrelated laboratories for instance. To establish a scientific traceability system for physical and chemical would be the new development trend for medical testing.
