摘要 给出一种基于虚拟仪器技术的简易自由旋转粘度计,自由旋转式测量机构将被测流体的粘度转换成便于准确测量的转子角位移;基于虚拟仪器技术,采用研华PCI-1756数字量采集卡件,配合NI的LabVIEW开发平台,实现了所需的粘度测量功能。详细讨论了该测量方法的基本工作原理,并对估算误差进行了简单的分析。采用LabVIEW提供的事件驱动编程机制保证了数据处理的实时性及程序的简洁性,最终取得了预期的设计效果。 A simple free revolving viscometer based on virtual instrument technique is presented here. Firstly, the measure mechanism of the free revolving viscometer transformed the fluid viscosity to angle displacement, which could be detected more easily. Then, based on virtual instrument technique, the viscosity is surveyed using the Advantech's PCI- 1756 digital data acquisition card and NI's LabVIEW application development platform. The basic principle of this proposal is discussed here in detail and the estimation error is also analyzed simply. With the event-driven scheme supplied by LabVIEW, the real-time performance of data processing and the simplicity of programming could be achieved simultaneity and the expectant design goals were attained lastly.
