摘要
为了有效提高发动机台架压力传感器的校准效率,设计研发一种智能化压力校准装置,通过外接压力源和调压阀的控制实现自动调压,支持多通道压力的同时检测,在当前压力值超过传感器量程上限时自动切断压力通道,并能自动读取、保存和处理多个采集点的压力传感器测量数据。
In order to effectively improve the measurement accuracy and calibration efficiency of the engine bench pressure sensor,an intelligent pressure calibration device is designed and developed,which can realize automatic pressure regulation through the control of external pressure source and pressure regulating valve,support multi-channel pressure simultaneous detection automatically cut off the pressure channel when the current pressure exceeds the upper limit of the sensor range,and can automatically read,save and process multi-point pressure sensor measurement data.
