SINAMICE S110是Siemens A&D推出新一代经济型伺服驱动器。通过对S110研究,阐述了如何利用S110伺服驱动器实现对PBT装置旋转粘度计伺服电机的控制,如何实现与浙大中控第三方DCS PROFIBUS DP现场总线通讯,并详细阐述了伺服电机控制要求、电气硬件连接、S110相关参数设置及自由功能块的使用。
SINAMICE S110 is a new generation of Siemens AD economic type servo driver.Through researching S110, describes how to use S110 servo driver to control rotary viscometer servo motor on the PBT device,and how to realize PROFIBUS DP field bus communication between SUPCON third party DCS and S110. And elaborates the servo motor control requirements,electrical hardware connection,parameters configuration of S110,and how to use free function block and so on.
