温度是工业生产中设备运行状态监测的重要指标之一,准确的温度测量能为设备监控和维护保养提供科学依据,有效提升设备运行的稳定性和可靠性:详细阐述了基于LabVIEW虚拟软件的单点温度测试程序的设计和多点温度测试程序的设计,描述了其功能定位和实现原理,并用仿真信号进行了模拟,多点温度测试程序能有效实现在线温度监测、数据显示和报警功能。
Temperature is one of the important indexes of equipment running status monitoring. Accurate tempera- ture measurement can provide a scientific basis for monitoring and maintaining equipment, and enhance the stability and reliability of the, equipment operation. The design of single point and muhipoint temperature of the test procedure based on Labview virtual software is introduced in detail. Its function orientation and the implementation principle are de- scribed. The simulation signal is simulated. The multipoint temperature test program can effectively realize functions of the online temperature monitoring, data display and alarm.
