摘要
为满足生产管理与在线监测的需要,设计并实现了一个面向MES的生产线数据采集系统;该系统采用了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP和OPC技术的数据采集方法,实现了现场采集数据的高速及稳定的传输,保证了不同设备之间良好的兼容性;用户可以通过OPC客户端完成对生产线状态的远程监控,当采集到的参数超过设定的阀值时,系统可以自动报警并做出相对应的处理;经过试验表明,该系统各项性能良好,已经实现MES底层硬件和软件的深度融合,在生产线监控方面有着很重要的应用价值。
In order to meet the requirement of production management and online monitoring,design and realize a data acquisition system of production line for MES.The system which uses a method of data acquisition based on PROFIBUS-DP and OPC technology,realizes high speed and stable transmission of the on-site acquisition data and ensures the good compatibility between different devices.Users can realize remote monitoring of production line status through the OPC client.When the collecting parameters exceed a set threshold,the system can automatically alarm,and make corresponding processing.By experiment,the system has good performance,has achieved the deeply integration between the hardware and the software of MES and has a very important application value in monitoring of the production line by experimentation.
