摘要
目前无论Modbus,Profi-bus还是Hostlink等,都是基于差分电路而设计的,这样通信距离最多也只有500 m,而且还要考虑到现场布线的可行性,防爆要求等,现场总线的传输距离已经远远无法满足远程监控的要求。文章通过对Modbus和Modbus-TCP协议的研究,采用Modbus协议将现场所有设备在本地电脑获取,然后转换成Modbus-TCP协议,通过以太网、WiFi等设备传送到远距离的客户端,甚至可以通过路由器连上Internet传送到互联网可及的任何角落,为客户提供一种远程监控的解决方案。
No matter Modbus, Profi-bus or Hostlink, all are designed on differential circuit. So the longest distance for communication is only 500 meters. The wiring layout and safety should also be considered. The communication dis- tance on current field bus is far under the requirement for remote monitoring. This thesis is focused on the researching on Modbus and Modbus-TCP. It collects all the information locally, and transfers the protocol to Modbus-TCP. Then, it sends them to the remote client by Ethernet, WiFi and even to all over the world through the internet. This thesis aims to provide a solution for remote monitoring.
