摘要
为了满足对液体粘度的精确测量,设计了一种新型旋转粘度计。该仪器使用光栅传感器对内筒旋转角度与外筒的转速进行测量,用C51开发应用软件来控制系统的自动运行,并完成数据采集和数据处理。实验结果表明:此仪器精度高,在测量牛顿与非牛顿流体时,其自动绘制的流变曲线与普通六速旋转粘度计测量手绘的流变曲线基本吻合,并可实现大范围控速,操作方便,稳定性好。
To meet the accurate measurement for liquid viscosity, a new rotational viscosimeter is designed. This instrument uses grating sensor to measure the rotational angle of the inner tank and the rotational speed of the outer tank, the software is developed with C51, which can be used to control the automatic operation of the system and complete data collection and processing. Experimental results show that this instrument has high precision, when measuring Newton and non-Newtonian fluid, the rheological curve drawn automaticly is nearly consistent with the rheological curve drawn by hand using the ordinary six speed rotational viscosimeter, the rotational speed is controlled extensively, and it is convenient and has good stability.
