摘要
针对CT引导肺穿刺活检术中穿刺针杆插入角度容易出现偏差,同时市面上的倾角仪外形较大不适合装配在穿刺针杆上等问题,该研究基于STM32研制了一种倾角仪,可以帮助医师察看针杆插入角度,以随时调整握持穿刺针杆的手势,确保插入角度准确。该倾角仪的研制实现了对穿刺针杆插入角度的动态监测,提高了活检手术操作的成功率,缩短了手术时间,从而降低了并发症发生风险、减少了CT设备辐射对患者造成的损伤。
In terms of the issue that the deviation of the needle bar insertion angle in the process of CT-guided lung puncture biopsy is common and the appearance of inclinometers in market now are relatively large and not suitable to assemble on needle bar,a medical inclinometer based on STM32 has been developed in this study.The inclinometer can help a medical practitioner check the insertion angle of the needle bar and adjust his(or her)posture of holding needle bar to maintain the accuracy of the insertion angle.As a result,the dynamic monitoring of the needle bar insertion angle can be realized and the success rate of medical practitioners'puncture biopsy operation will be enhanced.Otherwise,the operation time can be reduced,thus the occurrence rate of the complications and the radiation damages caused by CT devices will be decreased meanwhile.
