摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在护理专业《病理学》教学中的应用效果。方法整群抽取2006级2个班(60名/班),随机分为实验组和对照组,按照《病理学》教学大纲要求组织教学,实验组以APBL教学法为主、传统教学法为辅,对照组仍以传统模式教学。将两组实验考查成绩(实验室实操考核)、病例分析考核成绩(Microsim软件训练学习系统一模拟病例考核)、期末考核成绩(考试卷)、自主学习情况(问卷调查表)进行比较和分析。结果实验组各项考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P〈O.05)。结论PBL教学法能够培养学生的临床思维能力和综合素质,提高学生的学习兴趣、参与意识。
Objective To discuss the application of PBL teaching method in pathology course of nursing discipline. Methods We chose two classes (60 students for each) of grade 2006 from Qingyuan Polytechnic College as experimental group and control group respectively. According to the teaching syllabus,the experimental group mainly used PBL,supplemented with traditional teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching method. Results We analyzed the results such as experiment tests,case analysis tests which is simulated case examine by software Microsim,final term tests and the questionnaires about the subjects' self-learning situation. Conclusion PBL teaching method can raise students' learning interest,which is helpful to their thinking and comprehensive abilities.
