摘要
目的探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)结合多媒体教学法在护理专业病理学教学中的应用效果。方法将护理专业两个班分成试验组(n=47)和对照组(n=46),试验组采用PBL结合多媒体教学方法;对照组采用传统的教学方法。结果 PBL结合多媒体教学法对提高学生学习积极性和主动性,加深对病理学内容的理解和掌握,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高团队合作精神等方面有明显的促进作用;考试成绩显示,试验组学生成绩明显优于与对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 PBL结合多媒体教学法明显优于传统教学法,是一种有益的教学方法,值得推广应用和进一步深入研究。
Objective To explore the application of multimedia combined with problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in Pathology teaching of nursing discipline.Methods Totally 93 nursing students were divided into experimental group(n=47) and control group(n=46) according to their classes.Multimedia combined with PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Results Multimedia combined with PBL teaching could improve the students' study initiative and enthusiasm,deepen understanding and mastering knowledge,and cultivate the students' abilities of analyzing and solving problems.At the same time,this teaching method helped to cultivate the students' clinical thinking and team spirit.Theory testing score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions Multimedia combined with PBL teaching is a kind of teaching method which is better than the traditional method.
