摘要
客户资源现已成为企业最重要的战略资源之一,企业为此也花费大量资金构筑客户关系管理(CRM)系统。现如今,企业面临的问题不是该怎么管理客户数据,而是如何将存在系统中的海量数据转换为知识,指导企业高层决策者制定最优的企业营销策略,降低企业运营成本,增加利润,加速企业的发展,而数据挖掘技术的发展恰好满足了企业的需求。
Customer resource has become the most important strategic resources. Businesses also spend a lot of money for this purpose to build a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Now, enterprises are facing the issue is not how to manage customer data, but how will the existence of the system's massive data is converted to knowledge, guide the enterprises to develop high-level policy makers optimal enterprise marketing strategies, reduce operating costs, increase profits and speed up the development of enterprises, and data mining technology just to meet the needs of the enterprise.
