摘要
新劳动合同法的实施对酒店服务业的用工及日常的人力资源管理产生了巨大影响。为此,就目前酒店业用工的现状和存在的问题展开分析,指出酒店业的人力资源管理部门在新形势下应积极应对,减少用工成本,避免劳资冲突,建立和谐的劳动关系。
The implementation of new labor contract law had a great influence on the employment and daily human resources managementing hotel service industry. The present situation employment and the existence questions of hotel industry were analyzed. The department of hotel human resources management should reply actively in the new situation, to reduce labor cost, avoid labor conflict, and establish the harmonious labor relations.
