摘要
在动态环境下,企业的人力资源管理需要培育适应发展和生存的管理能力——动态能力。诠释人力资源管理动态能力的内涵,找出其构成的关键要素,建立指标体系,用模糊综合评判法对企业的人力资源管理动态能力进行评估,并对结果进行评价,为复杂环境下测评企业的人力资源管理能力提供一种方法。
Under the dynamic environment, enterprise's human resources management needs to cultivate the manage capacity--dynamic ability , which help enterprises improve their adaptation to develop and survive. According to dynamic ability' s connotation of human resources management, it' s the essemial factor about constitution is discovered, and then the indicator system is established.With the fuzzy comprehensive judgment the appraisal to enterprise' s human resources management dynamic ability is carried on and the result is saved. This provides one method to evaluate enterprise's human resources management ability in the complex environment.
