摘要
科学合理的人力资源管理不仅是降低交易成本、获取较高竞争力的根本保证,还是企业实现战略目标的基本条件。文章通过结构模型筛选出企业人力资源管理评价指标体系,采用成对比较判断矩阵确定了人力资源管理评价指标体系的权重,并运用蜘蛛图法建立了评价模型,最后结合数据分析说明了具体企业人力资源管理状况的优劣。该方法具有直观形象、定量化和可操作性强的特点。
Scientific and reasonable human resource management not only can reduce the cost of bargaining and enhance competence of enterprise, but also can realize the strategy of enter- prise. Firstly, evaluation indexes of human resource management in enterprises are selected by structure model The power of the evaluation indexes are defined by germination comparison judgment matrix, then an appraisable model is set up by using spider graph, status of human re- source management of some enterprise is analyzed by the model. In summery, the method has the advantages including it was visual, quantitative and operable.
