摘要
目的探讨健康教育对儿童口腔健康状况及其知识、行为的影响。方法分层整群选取南京市某初中学校125名学生,实施1年的口腔卫生健康教育,在健康教育前后分别进行口腔检查及其口腔保健知识、行为问卷调查。结果儿童的患龋率、充填率、牙石检出率和菌斑指数,健康教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。健康教育前答题平均正确率为34.90%,健康教育后为83.65%,健康教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。儿童口腔保健知识、行为的17项内容,健康教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对初中儿童开展口腔卫生保健健康教育,有助于增强儿童的口腔保健意识,培养儿童养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,改善口腔卫生状况。
Objective To explore the influence of health education on oral cavity health status, knowledge, and behavior in junior middle school students. Methods Totally 125 junior middle students were selected from a middle school in Nanjing with stratified clustering method, and then oral cavity health education was carried out for 1 year. Oral examination and questionnaire survey Of knowledge and behavior of oral health care were conducted respectively when before and after health education. Results There were statistical differences in caries prevalence rate, packing fraction, dental calculus detection rate and plaque index before and after health education(P〈 0. 001). The average correct rate was 34.90 % before health education, while it was 83.65 % after that, and there showed statistical differences between them(P〈 0. 001). There existed statistical differences in 17 items of questionnaire about oral health knowledge and behavior before and after health education (P〈 O. 001). Conclusions Oral cavity health education towards children could enhance consciousness of oral health care, cultivate their oral health habits, and improve their oral cavity health condition.
