摘要
目的了解学校口腔健康教育对于中学生口腔健康状况的改善作用,为寻求最佳的口腔健康教育模式提供依据。方法选取广州市荔湾区的4所初中学校,每所学校选取2个初一班级,随机设置为教育组(194人)和对照组(186人)。教育组每周进行1次口腔卫生宣教,对照组不采取任何干预措施。在教育前和教育后分别对学生的口腔健康行为和口腔健康状况进行检查。结果口腔健康教育后,学生对口腔卫生相关知识的知晓率达到95.4%,龋齿发病得到了有效控制(1.0%),龋齿的充填率达到83.1%,简化软垢指数、简化牙石指数和牙龈指数均大幅度下降;与健康教育前相比,除龋均外,教育组和对照组的各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论学校口腔健康教育对学生口腔健康保健水平有促进作用,是切实可行的方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of oral health education program on oral health among middle school students, and to formulate a better oral health education model. Methods Students of grade one from four junior middle schools in Liwan District, Guangzhou were randomly appointed as intervention and control groups. Intervention group students received a se- quence of oral health education weekly, and control group students did not receive any education. Oral health and oral health be- haviors were investigated before and after intervention. Results The awareness rate on oral health-related knowledge of intervention group students was 95.4%. The incidence of oral dental caries has been effectively controlled ( 1.0% ) ,and the filling rate of de- cayed teeth was 83.1%. Except the mean of DMb"F, the filling rate increased and DI-S, CI-S and GI decreased significantly in in- tervention group compared with control. Conclusion School oral health education could promote oral health effectively among mid- die school students.
