摘要
目的了解健康教育对中学生口腔保健知识、态度和行为的影响,为制订口腔卫生工作政策和措施提供依据。方法用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取郑州市第二中学139名中学生进行为期3个月的口腔卫生健康教育,在健康教育前、后分别进行问卷调查,比较口腔保健知识、态度和行为的变化。结果健康教育后中学生口腔保健知识、态度和行为的19项内容,答题正确率均高于健康教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。对初中学生开展系统的口腔卫生保健健康教育,有助于提高口腔保健知识水平,增强口腔保健意识,培养中学生良好的口腔卫生习惯。结论应进行有计划、有系统、长期的口腔健康教育。
Objective To explore the influence of health education on knowledge, attitude and behavior of oral health care in junior middle school students,and to provide scientific basis for the government to formulate relative oral health pOlicies anti measures. Methods Totally 139 junior middle school students were selected by stratified cluster sampling method, and then oral health education was carried out for 3 months. Questionnaire survey were conducted respectively when hefore and after oral health education ,and the variation of knowledge, attitude and behavior were compared before and after oral heahb education. Results Statistical diflerences in correct rates on all of the 19 questions about oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior were existed in junior middle school students before and after health education( P 〈0.01 ) , and all of the correct rates after were higher than that of the befnre. The conduction nf the systematic oral health education towards junior middle school students is helpful to raise the level of knnwledge about oral health care, enhance consciousness of oral health care, and cultivate their good oral health habits. Conclusion A platted, systematic and long-term oral health education should he conducted among the middle school students.
