摘要
高职院校办学规模的扩大,使院系二级教学管理工作模式的建立变得迫切而必要。院系二级教学管理体制是合理配置和利用高等教育资源提高教学质量的一种有效途径。文章对高职院校实行二级教学管理体制的意义、构建二级教学管理体制的思路、二级教学管理体制实施过程中的保障措施等进行了探讨。
The magnification of school running scale of the higher vocational colleges result that it is necessary and urgent to construct the working model of two - level teaching management system of college and department. It is a kind of effective way of improving teaching quality by disposing and making good use of higher education resources rationally for. In this paper, the essentiality of two- level teaching management ssytem, the designing method of two - level teaching management system and the indemnificatory action during the system put in practice is discussed.
