摘要
近年来,随着部分重点中专学校转型升格,一批地方大专高校不断加强内涵建设,高职教育得到迅猛发展。与此相适应,高职院校在教学管理体制方面由学校一级管理转变为院系二级教学管理。然而二级管理模式下高职院校系教学管理体制存在着思想观念不够重视、运行机制不够顺畅等问题。优化系教学管理体制是高职院校改革发展的重要内容,是构建服务型高校管理的必然要求,是加强人才培养工作的有力举措。通过树立科学教学管理理念,加快教学管理体制改革,转变教学管理方式方法等具体举措,规范和加强二级管理模式下的系教学管理体制,促进高职教育更好地发展。
In recent years, with some of the secondary technical schools growth, a crop of local higher vocational colleges grow rapidly by strengthening the ＇ connotation＇ continuously. In accordance with this, higher vocational colleges change to second - rank managed by department, instead of forst - rank managed by school. This article deeply analyzes the problems of the second - rank management by department, then points out the importance of it and some measures to improve the teaching management. It is important to strengthen the second - rank management by department and promote the growth of higher vocational colleges.
