摘要
高职院校借鉴普通高校的做法,实施校系两级管理,是高等职业教育管理体制改革的必然趋势。只有充分认识现有管理体制的弊端,明确两级管理的科学内涵,坚持高等职业教育的办学规律,树立先进的管理意识,遵守科学的管理原则,才能使两级管理体制在高职院校行之有效。
It is a inexorable tendency to carry two levels of teaching management into occupational colleges by using general universities for reference.Only realizing the shortage of the present management system,understanding the scientific connotation of two levels of teaching management,persisting in the law in running higher occupational colleges all the time,building up advanced ideas of management and abiding by the scientific rules of management,can we put two levels of teaching management in practice effectively.
