摘要
高职院校院系二级管理的实施是一个复杂的系统工程,在实施过程中难免会遇到许多困难并滋生一些困惑。尤其是当教学管理重心不断下移,系部已由原来教学管理执行单位转变为拥有一定自主权的、相对独立的教学实体。这使得系部的管理自主权更大,管理项目更多,管理难度增大。通过分析二级管理模式下系教学管理的现状,针对目前二级教学管理过程中存在的问题,分析原因,并结合多年来系部管理工作的实践经验,提出了通过加强教学管理制度化建设、过程管理规范化建设、数据统计常态化建设,实现系部的各项日常教学管理工作分工明确、责任清晰、工作规范、快捷方便,从而有效地提高系部日常管理的质量和效率。
The implementation of college two-layer management is complicated system engineering, which will encounter many difficulties and cause some confusion, especially when teaching management goes to the Department, which has been changed from teaching management unit to a relatively independent teaching body. This makes the department have more management autonomy, more management field, and more issues to deal with. By analyzing the present situation of teaching management and two-layer management .mode, according to the existing two stages in the process of teaching management, the paper analyzed the existing problems and their causes, and put forward that by Proposing management standardization and data normalization construction, each department can achieve clear division of work, clear responsibility, and clear work rules so as to improve the efficiency of management effectively.
