摘要
高职院校肩负着为经济建设、社会发展提供人才支撑的重要任务。随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大,提高质量、加强管理,走内涵发展之路已成为增强学校竞争力的关键。推进包括二级管理在内的高职院校内部管理体制改革,既是高职院校主动适应地区经济社会发展的需要,也是高职院校提高办学效益、增强办学活力、实施可持续发展的必然选择。
Hihger vocational colleges, which are regional and practical, play very important roles in providing economical construction with mental power and support. With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges has been the key for the further development of vocational colleges. Due to necessity for education＇s positive adaptation to regional development in economy and improvement for self-development abilities, it is essential to advance secondary management reforming for vocational colleges. And this reforming action will make great sense for vocational colleges in increasing the profit, enhancing the surviving power and achieving the sustainable development. Therefore the reforming for secondary management has been one of the hot points in the system reforming for colleges.
