摘要
高职院校教学管理体制改革的思路是重心下移、简捷高效、激励竞争、和谐发展,在具体实施中,采用院、系两级管理办法,并对管理层职能进行划分;教学运行机制改革思路是优化环境、灵活高效、宏观调控、以人为本,在具体实施中,要以学年学分制为主线,并建立教学质量保障与监控机制。
Under the two-level management system of college and department, the reform threads of teaching management system are: transferring important points to the lower level, pursuing simplicity and high-efficiency, inspiring competition and fostering harmonious development, in material implementation,school can adopt the two-level management method of college and department, and divide the function of management level; the reform threads of teaching running mechanism are : optimizing environment, pursuing flexibility and high-efficiency, adjusting macroscopically and basing on humanism, in material implementation, school should take the school-year system and credit system as the main clue, and build teaching quality assurance and supervision mechanism.
