摘要 海洋微生物因其特殊的生存环境而具有产生新型生物活性物质的巨大潜力。近年来,从海洋真菌中分离鉴定了许多结构新颖的次级代谢产物,这些化合物显示了良好的抗肿瘤、抗细菌或抗真菌等生物活性。本文对近两年来海洋真菌所产生的活性物质的研究进展进行综述,并对其发展进行展望。 Marine microorganisms, which live in special environment, have been proved to be potential in producing novel bioactive substances. In recent years, a lot of new compounds have been isolated and structurally elucidated from marine fungi, and most of them showed anti-tumor, antibacterial, antifungal Or other bioactivities. This paper reviewed new advances in the research of bioactive compounds from marine fungi in the recent two years.
