摘要
目的研究见血封喉内生真菌Acremoniumsp.J1发酵液的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱技术对发酵液中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为3-(2S,4S-dihydroxypentyl)-6,8-dihydroxyisocoumarin(1)、3-(2S-hydroxy-4-oxopentyl)-6,8-dihydroxy-isocoumarin(2)、(3β,22E)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3-醇(3)、(3β,5α,6α,7α,22E)-5,6-环氧麦角甾-8(14),22-二烯-3,7-二醇(4)、(3β,5α,6β,22E)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3,5,6-三醇(5)、腺苷(6)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(7)和2-(4-羟苯基)乙酸乙酯(8)。结论8个化合物均是首次从见血封喉内生真菌中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents from the broth of endophytic fungus Acremonium sp. J1 of Antiaris toxicaria. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 3- ( 2S, 4S-dihydroxypentyl) -6,8-dihydroxyisocoumarin ( 1 ), 3- ( 2S-hydroxy-4-oxopentyl ) -6,8- dihydroxyisocoumarin (2), (3β,22E) -ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3-ol (3), (3β,5α ,6α ,7α,22E) -5,6-epoxyergosta-8 ( 14 ), 22-diene -3,7 -diol ( 4 ), ( 3β, 5α, 6β,22E ) -ergosta-7,22 -diene -3,5,6-triol ( 5 ), adenosine ( 6 ), thymidine ( 7 ), and 2- (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl acetate ( 8 ). Conclusion These eight compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus of Antiaris toxicaria for the first time.
