摘要
[目的]研究传统中药白芥子的化学成分.[方法]利用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析进行结构鉴定.[结果和结论]从白芥子中分离并鉴定了2个化合物,分别为对羟苯基乙腈(Ⅰ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ).胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)首次从白芥子中分离得到.
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine, Sinapis seeds. [Methods ] Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and identified by physiochemical and spectral analysis. [Results and Conclusion]Two compounds are isolated and identified as p -hydroxyphenylacetonitrile (Ⅰ) and daucosterol(Ⅱ). Daucosterol(Ⅱ)is firstly discovered in Sinapis seeds.
