摘要
教育科研能力是教师专业化特征的集中表现,是教师专业化的一个重要衡量标志。当前高校青年教师教育科研能力不强,有待进一步提高,这是由青年教师所处的特定阶段决定的,更与学校的教师培养机制密切相关。因此,以校本教研培训为主的青年教师教育科研能力培养成为高校一个现实而有效的途径。
Nowdays, the university young teachers don' t do well in educational and scientific research and there is still much room for development. This is decided by the specific stage that teachers are in and closely related to the cultivating mechanism of universities, Therefore, it' s a realistic and effective way for universities to improve the scientific research ability of teachers by research training.
