摘要
高职教师的科研素质一直是高职院校发展的一块"短板"。造成高职院校教师科研素质不高的原因主要是教师科研定位模糊、水平有限,学校科研投入不足及科研管理机制不完善等。提升高职教师科研素质要坚持教学、科研、生产相融合,教学团队建设与教师专业成长相融合,对外开放与多元引入相融合,管理体制创新与学校核心竞争力提升相融合。
The scientific research quality of higher vocational school teachers has been a shortcoming of the development of higher vocational schools for long,and the main reasons resulted in the problem are as the follows:research orientation of teachers is vague,their scientific research level is limited,schools' investment is inadequate and research management mechanism is imperfect. To improve the scientific research quality of vocational school teachers,the strategies are:integrate the teaching,research and production,integrate teaching staff construction with teacher professional development,persist in the integration of opening up with the introduction of multi-phase introduction and integrate school management system in-novation with enhancing the core competencies of schools.
