压电晶体基片切割误差对SAWF中心频率的影响

Influence of Cutting Error of Piezoelectric Substrates on SAWF Centre Frequency

摘要 压电晶体在旋转切割时存在的误差会导致压电参数的变化,进而引起压电基片的声表面波(SAW)速度发生改变,最终导致声表面波滤波器(SAWF)中心频率发生移动. By using the rotated cutting, cutting errors in the piezoelectric crystals may be produced. lhe values of the elements of piezoelectric coefficient matrixes change because of cutting errors. These changing values results in the change of SAW velocity of piezoelectric substrates. Finally the centre frequency of SAWF is moved.
