摘要
本文详细地介绍了通过坐标变换研究晶体压电性能随空间变化的方法。在以前的工作基础上 ,对LiNbO3 、LiTaO3 和PZT6 0 / 4 0等 3m点群晶体纵向压电系数d3 3 及机电耦合系数k3 3 在空间分布的共同规律进行了归纳总结 ,发现它们在空间中的分布具有明显的各向异性 ,并存在着一些特殊方向 ,沿这些方向 ,晶体的压电性能有较大幅度的提高。在此基础上 ,本文还根据不同文献中报道 ,对另一著名的 3m点群晶体 β BaB2
In this paper, a method of coordinate transformations for studying the variation of piezoelectric properties with their space positions was introduced. Based onthe previous works, the longitudinal piezoelectric constant d_(33), electromechanical factor k_(33) of 3m point group crystals LiNbO_3, LiTaO_3 and PZT60/40 were summed up. Their d_(33) and k_(33) have obvious 3m symmetry and in some special directions their piezoelectric properties are better than those in the others. In the meantime, the piezoelectric constants of another 3m crystal β-BaB_2O_4 were discussed.
