摘要
新课程改革已经走过好几个年头，在新课程改革推进的进程中，需要不断探讨新课程政策执行的状况，把握好影响新课程政策执行的关键因素，以促进新课程政策目标的实现。分析新课程政策问题的易处理性、新课程政策基层执行者的复杂性和新课程政策工具的适切性等新课程政策执行的关键因素，将有助于清楚地认识新课程政策问题，也有助于深刻理解基层执行者和有效地选择政策工具。
The new curriculum reform in China has lasted several years, during the course of it, we need to study the new curriculum policy implementation status, grasp the key factors that influence new curriculum implementation, in order to realize the goal of the new curriculum. The analysis of key factors of the new curriculum policy, including the difficulty degree to deal with the new curriculum policy, the complexity of those people who implement the new curriculum policy at the grassroot level and the propriety of policy instruments, will help to know the problems of the new curriculum policy well, understand the people who implement the new curriculum policy at the grassroot level deeply, and choose the implementation instruments effectively.
