Fas和FasL在鼻息肉组织中的表达研究

摘要 目的探讨Fas和FasL因子在鼻息肉发病机制中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测24例鼻息肉组织和10例下鼻甲组织中上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、炎性细胞Fas和FasL因子的表达,并作对比分析。结果(1)Fas和FasL因子在下鼻甲组织均有表达。(2)鼻息肉上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞中Fas阳性表达显著低于下鼻甲组织(均P<0.01),FasL阳性表达显著大于下鼻甲组织(均P<0.01),且FasL表达显著高于Fas;鼻息肉炎性细胞中Fas和FasL阳性表达均显著高于下鼻甲组织(均P<0.01),而FasL表达低于Fas。结论(1)Fas/FasL系统可能参与了正常鼻黏膜的细胞更新和自稳。(2)鼻息肉上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞均存在着Fas的表达下调和FasL的表达上调,致使上皮细胞逃避了Fas/FasL系统介导的细胞凋亡而过度增殖;Fas/FasL系统在鼻息肉炎性细胞凋亡抑制中具有重要作用。 Objective To observe the expression of Fas and FasL antigens in nasal polyps tissue. Methods The expression of Fas and FasL was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 24 tissue samples of nasal polyps and 10 samples of inferior nasal concha as controls. Results Fas and FasL were all expressed in nasal mucosa. The positive rate of Fas expression in epithelial cells, glandular epithelial cells of nasal polyp tissue were significantly lower than that in inferior nasal concha. The positive rate of FasL expression in epithelium cell, glandular epithelium cell of nasal polyps were significantly higher than that in inferior nasal concha. Furthermore, the expression of FasL in nasal polyps was significantly higher than that of Fas. The positive expressions of Fas and FasL in inflammatory cells were significantly higher than those in inferior nasal concha, while the expression of FasL in inflammatory cells was lower than that of Fas. Conclusion Fas/FasL system may play an important role in inhibiting apoptosis of inflammatory cells and in pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
