摘要
以往对社会资本的研究更多关注于外部社会资本的作用,而忽略了对内部社会资本的重视。为弥补这个研究缺陷,以北京和广州的133家企业为调查对象,以内部社会资本为自变量,对内部社会资本是否以及如何通过知识创造影响技术创新进行了实证研究。结果表明,内部社会资本对技术创新具有显著的直接影响,知识创造在此过程中起着重要的中介作用。
With the advent of knowledge economy, enterprises are relying on knowledge creation, while social capital take an important role in knowledge creation and technological innovation. Previous studies pay more attention on the role of external social capital, while neglecting the role of internal social capital. In order to bridge this research gap, the paper uses 133 samples derived from Beijing and Guangzhou city, we want to explore whether and how internal social capital influence on knowledge creation and technological innovation. We proofed that internal social capital have a direct impact on technological innovation, while knowledge creation took a mediation role between them .
