摘要
随着企业的快速发展,企业组织结构转型问题越来越受到关注。知识的重要性凸现了从知识转化角度关注企业组织结构的必要性。分析了知识转化要素,研究了其对组织成长和组织结构变迁的影响,分析了组织结构与知识转化过程的关系以及不同类型组织的知识转化特点,进而,对企业组织转型成败的原因进行了重新解读,提出了知识转化要素特征与企业组织结构的匹配性正是影响企业组织结构转型成败的原因所在。
As companies develop rapidly, their organizational restructuring has caught more and more attention. The importance of knowledge means it is necessary to concern the converting. development organizational structures from the point of knowledge This paper first analyses the elements of knowledge converting and their influences on the organizational as well as the development of organizational restructuring. Then it analyses the relationship between organizational configuration and knowledge converting progress, and the differences of knowledge converting in the different organizations.
