摘要
目的:研究芒果苷单钠盐的制备工艺。方法:将芒果苷置于水和丙酮的混合溶液中,滴入碳酸氢钠水溶液,溶液澄清后滤过。加入丙酮使芒果苷单钠沉淀结晶析出。利用ESI-MS及元素分析对其结构进行表征。结果:首次合成芒果苷单钠盐,芒果苷单钠质量收率为92.8%。结论:本制备工艺简单可行,收率较高。
OBJECTIVE To study a preparation method of mengoferin monosodium salt. METHODS Mengoferin was dissolved in water and acetone, then dripped with sodium bicarbonate solution. After filtration, the filtrate was added with acetone.Its structure was characterized by ESI-MS spectra and elemental analysis. RESULTS Mengoferin monosodium salt was first prepared,and it was crystallized out with 92.8M yield. CONCLUSION The synthetic route is practical with high yield.
