摘要
高等教育国际化具有悠久的文化历史渊源,也是当代高等教育发展的主流特征之一。欧洲高等教育国际化是一个内在不断诉求的过程,其发展经历了从起步、徘徊、推进、纵深发展到一体化的基本路径。在高等教育国际化的发展过程中,欧洲制定了一系列不同层面的政策文本和相应的行动措施。通过一系列政策文本和行动措施的落实,欧洲高等教育国际化日益凸显,产生了良好的国际影响,在全球范围内形成了高等教育国际化的典型个案。
Internationalization of higher education is both a cultural phenomenon with a long history and one of contemporarily main features. The development of European internationalization of higher education is a inner-seeking course which has undergone a evolutionary path,that is from the beginning,pacing up and down to promoting and deepening. During the course of the advancement,The EU and other European countries have laid down serials of policies and carried out corresponding measurements accordingly. The European internationalization of higher education has already made outstanding achievements. It has also built up a good impression and formed a typical case in the world.
